Bob Miglani is The Washington Post Bestselling Author of Embrace the Chaos, which helps individuals embrace change and uncertainty in their life. Bob started his professional career as a Sales Rep for a Fortune 50 Company in Manhattan, one of the most competitive places in the world, where he turned around a sales territory making it #1. Over the last 23 years, he moved up the career ladder creating new functions and opportunities, leading others and working with customers and colleagues in over 30 countries.
Bob has extensive small business experience having helped his family run their Dairy Queen store while growing up and more recently help his wife start and run her small and successful business in a challenging economy.
Bob comes from humble beginnings having been born in India and growing up in a small town in the U.S., where he learned the value of hard work by mowing lawns, delivering newspapers and running his family’s Dairy Queen store, the subject of his first book Treat Your Customers.
