Embrace The Chaos

How We Started

The idea of this company started in 2009 with our Founder, Bob Miglani accompanying a friend on a business trip to India. The friend had difficulty understand how anything gets done in the chaos of the Indian roads, meetings, large gatherings and busyness of life. To which our Bob responded, “It’s like an Indian wedding. You must “Embrace the Chaos” otherwise, you will miss the best time of your life. Because you can’t control it. It won’t be perfect. But you must go with the flow – adapt to the change, not focus on the messiness and enjoy the ride. And most importantly: always keep moving forward – because that’s the only thing we really have control over.”

And with that, Embrace the Chaos was born – first as a core principle that helped Bob to reinvent his career transforming a major division at one of the biggest companies in the world namely Pfizer Inc. Then as a successful book that hit the Washington Post Bestseller List in 2013. And later as the #1 speaking topic on which Bob delivered hundreds of Keynote Speeches and Workshops to Fortune 500 companies around the world helping thousands of professionals be inspired to move forward in their lives and workplace.

The company today is a partnership with three main principles and many dedicated colleagues working remotely across the world. We are based out of Princeton, NJ and work with companies everywhere.
